Industry Experience
Megan has over 20 years experience valuing jewellery and watches in her previous role as in-house Senior Valuer and Gemmologist for two major retail jewellery brands. She has worked in the jewellery industry for over 20 years.
She is a published author of numerous gemmological & valuing articles for industry publications such as Gemworld International and The NCJV Valuer. She was a regular contributor to Jeweller Magazine from 2013-2016 including the seven part ‘Gem Detective” Series in 2015 and the seven part '‘Australian Gemstone” series” in 2015-2016.
To remain a registered NCJV valuer, Megan participates in ongoing education, attends workshops and industry events and writes articles to ensure her skills are kept current. Members of the NCJV follow a strict code of ethics based on professional integrity, continuous learning and the pursuit of the highest industry standards.
